  1. If you had to delete the App and reinstall it on the same device or you are installing it on a different device, you just need to sign in again using your e-mail address and the password ad before.  Please do not click on the Register button as this will cause the App to block you if you are already registered.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forget Your Password link below the Login Button and you will be able to reset it.
  3. It would be great if you could include the information requested if you are signing up for the first time.
  4. Remember to enable Push Notifications under Settings which you reach by clicking on the ‘I’ button above the word Ulster.  You can then set how you receive the Alert of the incoming message by managing the Alerts setting on your own phone.
